Another wonderful Nia community outing to experience Dance Company of Harlem at Leshure Center on April 30, 2024. Always in the dance, Melody, Elizabeth, Eileen, Tracie, Imi with Nia Instructor, Kathy Bate, experienced the amazing physicality of this dance troupe. They were inspired to push their individual sensations in movement at least a little along with having a really good time.
