Helping you FEEL movement throughout your body. Nia is an Individual intrinsic experience as well as a joyful gathering and interaction with your community, building life-long friendships and support for your life’s journey. Kathy’s certification in Nia’s Moving To Heal Techniques affords movement opportunities to those healing from health issues or experiencing mobility challenges.
